Payment schedule

50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.

The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

(In exceptional circumstances refunds will be made for genuine emergencies etc, but entirely at the discretion of the host).

Security Deposit

A pre-authorisation of $200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 2 days after departure. (Refer Terms and Conditions for more information.)

Victorian Government Short Stay Levy

The mandatory Victorian Government Short Stay Levy of 7.5% has been added to your accommodation charge.

Photoshooots

We don’t allow Commercial Photoshoots in the Cottage but we regularly host Commercial Photoshoots at Mont du Soleil, click for more information.
